What is the difference between Virgin PTFE and filled PTFE?
Virgin PTFE is made from 100% pure PTFE resin with no additives or recycled content. It offers the best chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and food-grade purity. Filled PTFE contains fillers such as glass fiber, carbon, or bronze to enhance specific mechanical properties like wear resistance and creep resistance, but it sacrifices some chemical and electrical performance.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom sizes?
Our MOQ is typically 10 kg per size specification. For standard sizes, smaller quantities may be available from stock. For very large custom orders (500 kg+), we offer volume pricing discounts. Please contact our sales team for specific requirements.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production lead time is 7–15 business days depending on order size and thickness. Rush production is available for an additional fee. Worldwide shipping is handled via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight. We provide full tracking and shipping documentation.
Can you provide material certificates and test reports?
Yes. Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing test results for tensile strength, elongation, density, and dielectric strength. We also provide MSDS, RoHS declarations, and REACH compliance statements upon request.
